Please note: when calculating the total weight of your purchases, that the weight or volume shown on the products do not include the weight of the product packaging

e.g 250 ml is product net weight packaging is usually around 15 percent of the net weight

e.g 250 ml x 15% = 37.5 gm (250 ml + 38 gm = 288 gms)

should there be any discrepancies in your order, either you have paid

1. too much (we will refund outstanding monies)
2. not enough (we will make a request for extra monies before sending order)
3. P.S please understand that we discount our prices heavily and that we actually make no profit on postage-costs, however we reserve the right to increase postage and handling-costs that are passed onto us by the carriers
